2. The law we follow
We process personal data in compliance with Kenya's Data Protection Act, No. 24 of 2019 and its Regulations. Lawfulness, fairness, transparency, purpose limitation, data minimisation, accuracy, storage limitation and security guide everything below. You may complain to us first, or directly to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC) — odpc.go.ke.

4. Cookies we use

If you decline, Google tags run in a cookie-less "consent mode" (no advertising or analytics cookies are written) and the Meta pixel is not loaded at all.
5. Who we share data with
Only processors who help us operate: Google (analytics & ads), Meta (ads), our hosting provider, and our WhatsApp business line. We never sell personal data.
6. Retention
Enquiry records: 24 months. Analytics: 14 months. Ad-conversion records: 30-day click window, stored up to 12 months. Then deletion or anonymisation.
7. Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent at any time (withdrawal is as easy as giving it — use the cookie button or write to us). We answer within 30 days as the Act requires.
8. Children & transfers
The site is not directed at children under 18. Where processors store data outside Kenya (e.g. Google, Meta), we rely on the Act's transfer safeguards for verified processors.
9. Changes
Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date.
